How do I get started?+
Enquire by email, phone or the Contact page. PlanningBoom handles onboarding personally: agree your requirements, review the sample and arrange your setup.
What does a HOT lead mean?+
A newly found planning application matching your agreed specification. It does not confirm buying intent, a project start date or that the applicant has asked to hear from your business.
How fresh are the leads?+
New matching opportunities are delivered each week. Publication and update dates vary between council records. We agree the specification and review sample data with you before regular delivery.
Can the contact be an agent rather than the applicant?+
Yes. Planning records may name an applicant, an agent or another project contact. Check their role before making an approach. Contact details are supplied only where available.
What about amended or duplicate applications?+
A council record can be updated or resubmitted. Discuss how you want these handled when agreeing the specification and reviewing the sample, rather than assume every record represents a separate job.
Can I change my requirements?+
Contact us to discuss changes to keywords, geography or project types. We agree the revised specification and when it will apply before changing regular delivery.
Does a planning application guarantee work will go ahead?+
No. Applications can change, be refused, withdrawn or never progress to construction. You need to qualify the requirement, timetable and right contact.
